Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you charge travel fees?

If I have to drive more than 50 miles for your shoot, I will charge $0.70 per mile driven. If I'm required to fly for your photos, you must cover all travel costs/housing.

2. Can you photoshop us?

I'll absolutely brighten your eyes and whiten your teeth--subtle adjustments like that, but I don't believe in photoshopping any of your physical appearances. You're perfect the way you are!

3. How will we receive our photos?

You will receive an email with a link to your gallery where you can download and save all of your photos!

4. How long will it take to get my photos back?

Typical turnaround for photoshoots is around 3 weeks, depending on the length of the shoot and how many photos I'll have to edit! Typical turnaround for weddings is closer to 4-6 weeks. I'll make sure to communicate with you throughout the editing process, and I'm usually able to get sneak peeks sent a few days after the shoot! If you do need your full gallery sent within 48 hours of the shoot, it's another $100 added to your total cost.

5. What methods of payment do you use?

Credit, debit, Venmo, and Zelle

6. What if I need to reschedule?

As long as you communicate with me at least 24 hours before your shoot (except for emergencies), I'll be able to get you rescheduled! As far as weather goes, if it's supposed to be a light rain we'll typically go ahead with the shoot, but if it's supposed to be a pretty bad storm we'll reschedule!

7. Am I expected to tip?

I never expect you to tip, however it's very much appreciated!

8. What if I don't know how to pose?

That's my job! You don't need to worry about a thing. I'll give you clear instructions, and I'll show you the photos as we go so you have an idea of what they look like!
